Lash Technician

The Lash Technician is a skilled service provider who delivers exceptional lash services while embodying the elevated standards of our salon. This role requires both technical excellence and a strong service mindset. The ideal candidate is fully immersed in their craft, attentive to the needs of the salon as a whole, and committed to creating refined, confidence-boosting results for every guest.

Lash Technicians are expected to balance artistry, professionalism, and sales performance while contributing positively to team culture and the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lash services, including:
  • Individual lash extensions
  • Lash lifts
  • Lash tints
• Deliver a luxury guest experience through consultation, customization, and exceptional service
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge to educate and recommend appropriately to guests
• Meet or exceed monthly service and retail performance goals
• Uphold salon standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism
• Manage appointment timing efficiently to support optimal book utilization
• Build and maintain guest relationships to encourage retention and rebooking
• Remain present, engaged, and supportive of the salon team and daily operations
• Communicate effectively with Guest Services and leadership to ensure seamless service flow
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion and confidence
• Participate in continued education, training, and skill development as required
• Actively recruit new guests, post consistently on personal social media platforms, and share salon content to showcase work, support professional growth, and drive cross-referrals. Capture and share personal work with the marketing team to contribute to salon content and collaborative marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Valid esthetics or cosmetology license (as required by state regulations)
• Certification in lash extensions required; additional certifications preferred
• Previous experience in a luxury or professional service environment strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and consistency
• Sales-minded with the ability to achieve monthly performance goals
• Professional, polished appearance; fashion-forward and brand-aligned
• Reliable, team-oriented, and fully engaged while on the clock
• Passion for the industry and commitment to growth and excellence
