Kim, a graduate of Salon Professional Academy, brings 19 years of industry experience and a passion for ongoing education. Since relocating from Ohio, she has been a valued member of Progressions since July 2007 and now leads our internal education program, helping the team grow and excel.
She has trained with top industry brands and educators, including Bumble and bumble, Goldwell, Oribe, Jamison Shaw, Pureology, Kérastase, and Shu Uemura. She has also participated in industry conferences focused on serious business and data-driven trends to stay ahead in technical knowledge and education.
Kim’s recent education highlights include the Bumble and bumble Razor Cutting Class (2024) and Redken Shades EQ Specialist certification (2021). She also serves as a coach for our team members, fostering growth and mentorship within our Soul Salt-inspired coaching culture. Ambitious, skilled, and forward-thinking, Kim continues to inspire and elevate both her colleagues and clients.
