Julia joined the Progressions team in 2000 and has studied cosmetology at the Edison Center. She is Goldwell Master Colorist certified, Loreal Balayage certified, and has taken coloring classes at Aveda, Goldwell, Redken, Oscar Bond, Roy Peters, Beth Minardi, Vivienne MacKinder and Intercoiffure.
